Rapid Microbial Strain Improvements Using Genome-Wide CRISPR Engineering

We demonstrate how the Onyx® Digital Genome Engineering Platform utilizes varied genome engineering approaches to rapidly create diverse edit types, across both the heterologous protein pathway and the entire native genome to optimize function and improve protein production. Ginkgo Bioworks will then describe how the platform was integrated in their Foundry to engineer E. coli and yeast for the production of specialty chemicals.
