Gibson Assembly RapidAMP™ Ultra kit provides a single day, seamless, assembly-to-transfection-ready DNA workflow. The process requires less than six hours, starting with linear double-stranded DNA fragments prepared for Gibson Assembly® and ending with >10 ug of amplified DNA. The final DNA product can be digested to linear form and is then ready for downstream applications, negating the need for traditional E. coli transformation and plasmid purification. The RapidAMP™ product has been used successfully for transfection (lipofection and electroporation) and in vitro transcription. The RapidAMP™ product is mostly linear, with the balance consisting of concatemers and some circular DNA material. The degree of linearization can be controlled by restriction digestion, time, and temperature.
